The "Good Life Show", first held in 2024, is a leading international fair focusing on food, beverages, sustainable lifestyle products, and wellbeing. Often referred to as "GLS" for short, the event targets an audience interested in nutrition, health, wellness, and environmental protection, aiming for a more conscious lifestyle.

Organized by Live Events Africa (Pty) Ltd., the GLS is held annually at the Kyalami International Convention Centre in Midrand, strategically located between Pretoria and Johannesburg. This location emphasizes the region's significance as a hub for sustainable development and innovation.

Key themes of the fair include plant-based foods and beverages, natural and organic products free from chemical additives, animal testing, or synthetic ingredients, and the "Free-from" range, showcasing foods and products devoid of allergens, gluten, or other ingredients commonly causing dietary restrictions.
