I am David Yupanqui, a third generation peppercorn grower and Founder & CEO of Yupanqui Pepper, an award winning family business specializing in premium single origin peppercorns from Ecuador. For three generations, the Yupanqui family has cultivated peppercorns at Latitude 0, combining sustainable agriculture, traditional growing knowledge and continuous product innovation. Our mission is to produce some of the world's finest gourmet peppercorns while creating long term partnerships with importers, distributors, specialty food retailers, hospitality groups and food service professionals. Unlike conventional commodity pepper suppliers, we focus on differentiated, value added peppercorn collections designed for specific culinary applications and premium market segments.
