Otto Acuña

Otto Acuña-Naranjo is a management consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in operational and business improvement. He is an Engineer holding an MBA in Human Resources and is internationally certified as a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB). He served as a Senior GBS LSS Advisor for Deutsche Post World Net, gaining in-depth knowledge of shared services organizations. In 2009, after a distinguished career at PwC and other multinationals, he founded EXYGE.COM, specializing in back-office management and operations, completing more than 145 projects in the Americas. EXYGE is currently expanding into the GCC region, based in Dubai. In December 2019, Otto established e-Consulting Global Solutions OÜ (e-CGS) in Estonia, where he serves as CEO. This firm collaborates with small and medium-sized consulting firms, associations, and business service providers to enhance their offerings through advanced technologies and methodologies, enabling them to compete effectively with larger firms without incurring significant costs or facing steep learning curves. His dedication to management consulting is reflected in his active participation in international organizations. He has held key positions at the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI), as an Institute Auditor, ISO 20700 Trainer, and a member of the Membership Growth and Development Committee. Additionally, at the CMC Global Institute (CMC-GI), an affiliate of ICMCI, he has served as a member of the Certification Committee, Director of Professional Development, Chairman of the Board, and is currently Past Chair.
