To stay relevant in my field as well as to prepare for the future workplace, I consistently attend international conferences and complete new certifications and courses. I am also an invited speaker at conferences and industry events, author of published articles, trainer of over 125 workshops to over 2000 participants, manager of hundreds of talent development initiatives, and proudly the first - and only - CPLP in Trinidad and Tobago. I have worked closely with International Business and Human Resource Leaders to design, develop and execute projects in over 20 industries in both the private and public sectors.
