“As a Talent Development and Performance Improvement Consultant, I help my clients Grow, Engage and better Manage their Talent to achieve immediate and long terms business goals. I focus on improving the Skills, Behaviours and Processes that increase the 3 key aspects of Performance: Productivity, Profitability and Positivity. And of course, I always like to make sure that we have fun along the way.” Trainmar was founded in 1996, and I took the lead in 2004. To stay relevant in my field as well as to prepare for the future workplace, I consistently attend international conferences and complete new certifications and courses. I am also an invited speaker at conferences and industry events, author of published articles, trainer of over 125 workshops to over 2000 participants, manager of hundreds of talent development initiatives, and proudly the first - and only - CPLP in Trinidad and Tobago. I have worked closely with International Business and Human Resource Leaders to design, develop and execute projects in over 20 industries in both the private and public sectors. Organizations I've created solutions for include: Shell, BP, EOG Resources, BHP Billiton, Republic Bank of Trinidad and Tobago, Angostura Ltd, State Oil Company Suriname N.V., Atlantic LNG Company of Trinidad and Tobago, Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA), High Commission of Canada, Massy Wood, The West India Biscuit Company Limited (WIBISCO), Lonsdale Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, Yara, The Australian High Commission, Glenmark Pharmaceuticas, The Office of the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago, and Nestlé. While currently based in Trinidad and Tobago for the past 14 years, I previously held positions in Italy and Switzerland and am proud to be a citizen of both Italy (E.U.) and Trinidad and Tobago.
