Special Benefits:

The organizers will offer the following benefits to the first 150 companies who register and meet the eligibility criteria:

1. Travel support to those companies selected by the organizers, who meet the eligibility criteria listed below (Note: Details of this benefit will be shared only with selected companies via e-mail).
2. Space to display your products at the booth assigned to your country in Aliment.AR (Note: the details of this benefit and the steps to carry it out will be shared with selected companies via e-mail).
3. Access to the Workshops and Conferences offered in Aliment.AR on November 08-10.
4. Welcome cocktail and other networking activities included in the LAC Flavors’ program.
5. Local transportation: Hotel – Event – Hotel and Event– Networking activities – Hotel. Important note: No transport to and from the airport will be provided. Each participant will be responsible for their transfers to and from the airport.

Eligible companies will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Must belong to one of the IDB member countries (see list here)
• Must be a producer or distributor of Food and/or Beverages.
• Must be registered in ConnectAmericas and have a COMPLETE and verified company profile (or in the process of being verified). 
• Must have exporting experience.
• Must have certifications that verify the quality, safety, traceability, and veracity of the added value of your products (Examples: FDA, HACCP, GSFI, Global GAP, ISO, Manufacturing Best Practices –MPB, Certified Organic, Gluten Free, Fair Trade, among others).
• Must be a small or medium sized company (SME): To determine your size, the selection committee will take into consideration your annual income and/or number of employees.
• Must have a running/functional Website.
• It is highly recommended that the person attending the event in representation of the company speaks English.

2. Click on the “register” button that located in the upper right corner of this page. Note: To ensure the evaluation of your application, please make sure to fill in all the fields required in the registration form. 

How and when will I know if I have been chosen to participate and receive the benefits?

• If selected, you will receive a notification within 15 business days after receiving your application.
• Bear in mind that we will only contact you if your company has been selected and will inform you about the next steps to access the benefits via email.

Important notice:

• Priority to receive the travel incentives will be given to those companies who have never received them to attend LAC Flavors in the past.
• Please note there is limited availability to participate in the B2B meetings and the opportunity to exhibit your products in the country booths is reserved for companies selected by the organizers, based on the criteria mentioned above.
• Only one application per company will be considered, within which a maximum of 2 participants will be permitted. Note: If your company is chosen to receive the travel incentives, they will only be granted to one (1) participant per company.
