We also have a program to prepare entrepreneurs and business owners for investment acquisition. Business Transformation (KPO): Building organizations with a genuine value proposition that addresses the needs of their customers and enables sustainability and expansion over time through disruptive methodologies. 1. Organizational innovation program that effectively impacts the productivity of companies through a methodology that covers the entire innovation process (Shape model). 2. Intrapreneurship: Supported by agile methodologies, we develop solutions based on the identification of challenges by members of organizations. 3. Board of Directors - Advisory Board: Providing business owners with managerial support that assists in analyzing business variables for strategic direction and decision-making support. Institutional Training and Entrepreneurship: Institutional programs supporting entrepreneurship and innovation innitatives. 1. Support for entrepreneurship and innovation entities in designing programs that impact their ecosystem. 2. Development of training and experiential learning programs for entrepreneurs and business owners. 3. Business mentor training and certification program. Internationalization Programs: Supporting business owners in their international expansion projects with a high impact on their operational and commercial results. 1.
