INSUMOS MANTARO, is an agro-industrial company with 25 years of experience. We are specialists on superfoods native to the Peruvian Andes, for instance quinoa, kiwicha , cañihua, tarwi and mashua, peruvian ginseng (maca) and ginger. We aim to meet high quality standards. Only the best selection of ancient grains follows the processing chain, to obtain steam-rolled laminates (flakes), or precooked flour or instant goods through extrusion. We have a unique technique to process quinoa. the technology implemented at IMSRL for processing quinoa has demonstrated a greater capability on retaining its nutritional value. Elimination of saponin is performed through a sequence of wet unit operations that ensures the preservation of the kernel and ring of this pseudo cereal.
