Grupo Glacé was founded on 1999 by two sisters, selling home made pastry goods, for some years our products were done just on festivities and holidays., then on 2002 Grupo Glacé start providing services for events, coorporative and weddings, also baptisms, and major parties. Our specialties cakes, cookies, edible presents, chocolates and more. On 2008 we opened our first pastry shop on Mexico City, and since then we opened our services full time, full year. On 2013 we opened our first pastry school, we offer couses all year around, and 3 specialty courses. We sustain our business in these philosophy: "the best we can do will be short, we have to exceed our own expectations in order to continue in the business" Times are changing quicky, we are preparing our business (pastry shop & school) for the future-
