Greasezilla separates and processes grease trap waste in rich Brown Grease, a biofuel substitute for Bunker Fuel #6, and pasteurized water. The system fuels itself on 5% of the Brown Grease it creates, therefore requiring no outside fossil fuel energy. Brown Grease is a marketable commodity traded worldwide on the Jacobsen exchange so the remaining 95% of the Brown Grease produced provides a new revenue source for the operator. Traditional methods require significant amounts of outside energy, chemicals and labor to achieve separation that does not meet the same stringent requirements of Greasezilla. Greasezilla offtake is rich Brown Grease, pasteurized water and nutrient rich feedstock for anerobic digestion, composting or other product enhancement.
