We make energy efficiency in large buildings through the internet of things. The rational consumption of energy is increasingly important for large consumers, since monthly energy costs are very high and getting higher . Through the measurement of different parameters in IOT, we support energy efficiency projects with a low return of investment (ROI). We have been working in this project for the last 2 years and we have learned that it is difficult for a manager of a large building to obtain the data required, or the money to support efficiency projects. That is why, in addition to technical and engineering development, we developed a financial model based on renting.
