Estuario del Plata is a sturgeon farm dedicated to obtain the most precious caviar in the world. Located in San Gregorio de Polanco, a small town in the middle of Uruguay, sturgeons are bred in the Black River where the environment mimics wild natural conditions. Our mission is to develop a superior quality caviar through ecologically sustainable processes, in order to satisfy the world’s most demanding consumers.
