We offer our products and services to international agencies, governments, public and private institutions, and civil society organizations working in social and environmental development, so they can achieve their objectives and impact people’s lives. We provide consulting services for designing, implementing, and evaluating e-learning strategies, programs, and projects. We also design and develop the online courses and e-learning resources to achieve their objectives. Consulting services: - Knowledge management, e-learning strategy and capacity building in universities, training institutes and other organizations in the public and the private sector. - Technical assistance on project management for e-learning capacity and performance improvement (business processes, standards, EdTech systems, KPIs, etc.) - Analysis of the organizational learning environment, and recommendations to create the conditions for transforming knowledge into action. - E-Learning course & program evaluation (ROI, outcomes, and impacts) and recommendations for improvement. - Communications, diagnostics, improvement and follow up of learners’ engagement in e-learning programs. - Design and implementation of marketing campaigns to disseminate new e-learning courses. Online courses - Massive Open Online Courses (MOOC): Micro (1 module, 4 hours of learning or less), Nano (2 modules, 8 hours of learning), and Traditional (4+ modules, 16+ hours of learning) - Small Private Online Courses (SPOC): Tutor-facilitated and Self-paced. - Design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs integrated by introductory, intermediate, and advanced cognitive level courses (professional certificates, diplomas, etc.) - Re-runs, customization, translation, and re-localization of existing online courses to specific audiences. E-learning resources - Design and development of e-learning resources (videos, podcasts, readings, infographics, interactive resources, formative & summative assessments, polls, surveys, guidelines, handouts, etc.) - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of LMS (Learning Management System) platforms, such as Moodle, and Open edX, among others.
