For the customer more satisfaction, we have settled Q-DAS solution in our whole processing line, which has improved quality performance, reduced scrap, and increased operator morale at the manufacturing line and this system warns the operator when parts are approaching an out-of-specification condition and provides access to process data from previous parts which supports corrective action to made more suitable condition for the all items. Moreover, we are controlling minimize tolerance for our products to avoid any other quality problem without backlash with qualified material for the long life time(high durability) and operating smoothly after assemble it into the equipment. Also, for the customer more trust about our products, we are making field test with our cooperator and other in accordance with ISO and related test condition before delivery to customer.
