We have successfully crossed three sheep species to produce a fast-growing hybrid that yields light flavour with marblelized meat, along with goat cheese production. We expect to achieve eco-friendliness and flock sustainability, as well as share our experiences with other producers and Government in order to further the sector's presence and scope.
