C.A.PAS is aquaculture project that intends to provide sea food to human kind. The fundamental common sense goal of aquaculture activities is to produce living matter from the aquatic element, i.e. the production of protein-rich food for human consumption. It consists in fact in manipulating aquatic environments, natural or artificial, to produce species useful to humans. However, the objectives of aquaculture are relatively varied depending on the context in which they are part of. In industrialized countries, it is the production of highly valued aquatic products and of high commercial value that fishing cannot provide in sufficient quantity. In Western Europe and Japan it is salmon, trout, wolf, sea bream, seaweed, seaweed, shrimp, pearls,... In addition, in these countries there is a high demand for products with dietary characteristics (low fat content, high vitamin and trace element content,). In developing countries, the objective is to produce animal proteins that traditional livestock cannot provide in sufficient quantities due to overpopulation or desertification of the soil. India, for example, has a highly valued tropical species production.
