Description
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) calls on consulting firms to support the National Treasury Secretariat (STN) of Brazil in the migration and restructuring of the Manual for the Instruction of Claims (MIP) to the Gov.br Portal. The goal is to improve communication with borrowers and increase efficiency in the instruction of claims through an accessible and user-centered digital environment.
1. Restructuring of content and information architecture
Information architecture: Definition of the navigation map, taxonomy and templates organized by process steps, ensuring compatibility with the Plone CMS of Portal Gov.br.
Digital language: Adaptation of the normative and technical text of the IPM to more accessible and didactic formats, without losing technical and conceptual rigor.
Integrated formats: Production of guides, frequently asked questions (FAQs) and generation of the final files in Markdown format for publication on individual web pages.
2. Expected Operating Activities and Products
Survey and validation: Conducting interviews with users and technical meetings with STN to diagnose usability flaws in the current manual.
Writing Manual: Development of a style manual with clear communication and user experience (UX) guidelines applied to digital government.
Execution schedule: Implementation of the migration work plan and structured textual revisions within a contractual period of 6 months.
3. Consulting requirements and confidentiality
Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in information design, production of institutional content and projects for the internet in the public sector.
Team Capabilities: Ability to translate complex financial regulations into practical guidelines and easy-to-understand language.
Non-disclosure agreement: Restricted commitment to the protection of data and strategic or operational information accessed during the term of the contract.
Note: Interested companies should review the requirements on the BEO Bidder Portal.
