Description
Peru, through the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Improvement of the Agri-Food Safety Service of SENASA". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the technical and administrative supervision of a new laboratory infrastructure in the northern part of the country.
Scope of Supervisory Consulting
Main objective: To ensure that the work "Design, Construction and Minor Laboratory Equipment for the analysis of chemical and microbiological contaminants in Chiclayo" (CUI N° 2593747) is correctly executed in the stages of design, construction, equipment, commissioning and correction of defects.
Technical components: Quality control and regulations in the development of all the specialties of the technical file (communications systems, firefighting, air conditioning, among others).
Required international standards: The construction and equipment are proposed under the ISO/IEC 17025 standard, N2 biosafety level and must have the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency) sustainable efficiency certification.
Location: The activities will be concentrated at Km 2.5 of the Chiclayo – Pomalca Highway, in the district and province of Chiclayo, department of Lambayeque.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Technical documentation: Interested firms must review the Terms of Reference, complete the mandatory forms (F1, F2, F3, F4 and F5) and submit the corresponding Affidavit of Contracts in execution.
Consortia and associations: The application of firms in the form of a joint venture or the inclusion of subcontractors is allowed. In the case of forming an APCA, the nationality of the association will be that of the country of the firm that is designated as the lead representative.
Shortlist: Consulting firms will be selected in accordance with the IDB's Consulting Policies in order to integrate a shortlist of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible companies.
