Descripción
The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Panama, with financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), has launched an International Public Bidding process under the program “Improving the Efficiency and Quality of the Education Sector” (PN-L1143). The main objective of this call is to strengthen the technological infrastructure of Panama’s education system through the supply and implementation of solutions that enhance the operational and management capacity of the Ministry’s data centers.
The bidding process includes the procurement of equipment, licenses, implementation services, technical support, and training activities, aiming to ensure a modern, secure, and efficient technological environment that enables better information management across the education sector. The Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science, and Culture (OEI) is acting as the executing agency for this process.
Proposals must be submitted in physical format and will remain valid for 120 days from the opening date. The contract is identified under code PN-L1143-P00075 and is financed through loan 4935/OC-PN granted by the IDB. Offers must be delivered to Ciudad del Saber, Panama City.
