The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Project for the Improvement of Public Sector Financial Management through Digital Transformation, and it is proposed to use part of the funds from this financing from Loan Agreement No. 5301/OC-PE to make the payments corresponding to the contracting of the SIAF-RP File Implementation Service.
Executing Unit 012 – General Office of Investments and Projects (OGIP) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) invites eligible Bidders to submit closed bids for the Contracting of the Implementation Service of the SIAF-RP File, which includes the following:
Service: Development of the SIAF-RP File, which includes:
• Technical analysis and design
• Development and testing
• Move to production and post-production
• Evolutionary support (1080 calendar days)
• Training activities
Good: Document Content Management Software, which includes:
• ECM Subscriptions (120,000 users)
• Replication subscriptions for two datacenters
• Installation and configuration
• Evolutionary support (1080 calendar days)
• Training activities
Qualification requirements include:
- Eligibility
- History of breach of contracts
- Financial situation
- Verifiable previous experience
- Qualified key personnel
- Relevant documentary evidence
- A Margin of Preference will not be granted to eligible national contractors.
