Description
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is seeking a specialized design and digital marketing firm to support the successful cultural adaptation, participant recruitment strategy, and implementation of the "Guy Talk" programme in Trinidad and Tobago. The assignment focuses on enhancing programme visibility and driving engagement across all execution phases.
1. Brand strategy and visual identity development
Branding and name refinement: Refining the programme name and creating a cohesive visual identity package, including custom logo concepts, color palettes, typography, and official brand guidelines.
Cultural contextualization: Adapting the visual tone, imagery, and approved messaging to ensure deep cultural relevance and resonance within the local Trinidad and Tobago context.
Feedback integration: Working alongside local and international consultants to seamlessly incorporate technical feedback from structured testing, stakeholder consultations, and early pilot activities into the branding refinements.
2. Digital marketing and recruitment campaigns
Phased campaign execution: Designing and implementing targeted digital marketing and social media campaigns to drive participant enrollment during the structured testing, pilot, and full rollout phases.
Content creation: Developing social media advertisements, audience-targeted graphics, campaign concepts, digital outreach materials, and comprehensive social media content calendars.
Ad management and optimization: Monitoring ongoing social media promotional activities, recommending audience-targeting approaches, and adjusting platform outreach to strengthen participant reach and retention.
3. Content templates and materials production
Collateral design: Creating professionally designed, editable templates for facilitator manuals, participant workbooks, training presentations, illustration cards, and recruitment flyers.
Platform optimization: Providing digital-ready design assets tailored for mobile distribution channels, specifically optimized for messaging applications like WhatsApp.
Ethical safeguarding: Integrating mandatory safeguarding protocols, consent forms, confidentiality metrics, and social referral sheets into communication materials in an accessible and supportive manner.
4. Performance monitoring and project phasing
Campaign metrics: Tracking and documenting the performance of all recruitment campaigns, delivering summaries of participant reach, and providing actionable optimization reports.
Operational timeline: Managing a 10-month contract duration structured into two distinct phases: full-time engagement concentrated during the first 5 months (branding and campaign launch) followed by deliverable-driven reporting during months 6–10.
Project governance: Participating in regular project coordination meetings with the IDB technical team to provide progress updates, pitch design directions, and implement institutional feedback.
