Joon-Hwa Seong, KOTRA Manager in México, is a specialist with a Degree in Computer Science and a Master’s Degree in Database Management Systems from Kyungpook National University, Korea. He has been working at the Korean Trade and Investment Promotion Agency since 2011. He previously held several positions at Samsung SDS and Altibase.
