Patricia Alfaro

I work at the tortilla factory 32 years ago. I have the experience of managing all areas of the factory, from the process of the tortillas, manage of employees, administration, accountings, sales, and even deliver the tortillas.
My interest is to grow our factory and I try to improve the products, so we can offer more products made with tortillas such as taquitos and burritos.
The products are natural, with no preservatives and the family recipe is still the same since my mother started with us in this factory.
