At the farm, I have specialised in growing Ginger, Turmeric, Moringa and Blackberries, all certified organic by KIWA BCS Oko Garantie GmbH since 2008. I have led Rancho La Salud to be an organic blackberry producer with Driscoll´s Inc. in Jocotepec, Jalisco since 2011. At the Farm Brewery, we specialise in botanic brews to produce Lactic Fermentations derived from organic ginger skin. We are interested in bringing integral health to people and all our innovations follow this guideline.
