About me
I have been working in the networking area over the past 10 years. I hold a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering and a Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
I taught at the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica Cisco Networking Academy for over 3 years and currently, I am involved with the Colegio de Ingenieros Tecnólogos (CITEC) giving seminars to companies in the Wireless LAN area.
My field of expertise is the Wireless LAN, holding a Cisco Advanced WLAN certification and also the Routing&Switching area.
I have provided consultancy services to several call centers, where I helped to implement and optimize datacenters located at the Miami NAP and at UK.
Recently, I have developed ALTUS practice in service management and have been involved in designing, implementing and optimizing ITIL best practices on several customers.
