Martin Meliendrez

Martin is a Project Manager, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)® with seven years of overall experience in the software industry. He has extensive experience in leading distributed teams of up to 15 that include developers, QA, and business analysts. Martin has led successful development efforts for dozens of clients including high-profile web projects for WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment) and the Associated Press. He is able to handle a number of responsibilities across the project life cycle as a project manager from the initial planning phases all the way through deployment and support. Martin’s previous experience as a software developer using multiple languages and platforms (Java, .NET, PHP, mobile, desktop, etc.) and even a short time in quality assurance provides him with the technical background necessary to understand and overcome challenges that arise during projects. Martin is adept with common and current project management software and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, Trello, Yodiz, and Visual Studio (TFS) and is highly-experienced in leading remote teams large and small. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems/Software Engineering.
