I am a member of Larraín Rencoret Urzúa Abogados corporate practice, providing corporate and transactional counsel to domestic and global companies in a variety of industries, primarily mining, energy, aquaculture, real estate and technology sectors. In addition, I advise clients in connection with domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, asset-based financings and debt financings. My experience includes negotiating and drafting complex principal agreements and ancillary documents in a wide range of transactions, representing both the buy and sell side and providing general counsel on a broad range of commercial matters, including business formation and structuring, distribution agreements, purchase and supply agreements, and loan agreements.
