DANIEL RODRIGUEZ

Daniel Rodriguez specializes on corporate, IP, immigration, contractual and foreign investment. He studied at the Faculty of Law at La Salle University, having carried out subsequently various postgraduate studies, including a Master's Degree in Administrative Law and Taxation at the Law School of the Lawyers National Bar (BNA), Corporate Audit at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM), in Public Safety at the Iberoamerican University (UIA), and pedagogical themes at Panamerican University. As well, he has participated in multiple forums such as the ones organized by the Legal Research Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (IIJ UNAM) with the themes" Arbitration and Investment" and "Property crimes”. With more than 21 years of experience, his career has been highlighted by, advising small, medium and large companies of the touristic sector, information technology, and the pharmaceutical area, to mention a few. He has been a professor of bachelors and Master's Degree at the Panamerican University, the Law School of the lawyers National Bar and La Salle University. His favorite subjects are in the areas of foreign investment, commercial law, corporate law, international trade law and intellectual property law. He is a member of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA) of the Association of certifying professional fraud (ACFE) and the Mexican Association of Lasallian Lawyers (AMAL). Aims to learn from a variety of subjects not just law, to be able to better understand the everyday problems of various industries. His curiosity can achieve conferences of digital marketing, information technology or bakery.
