With over 15 years of experience in call centers, I have mastered every facet of the global services industry—from critical Fraud analysis and asset recovery in Collections, to managing complex leave and disability benefits for Amazon during COVID-19. I have been the voice on the phone, the hand in the chat, and the brain behind Back Office operations. ​My leadership wasn’t born in an office; it was born on stage. Since the age of 10, I have commanded auditoriums of over 1,000 people, performing at the Melico Salazar Theater and earning medals in science fairs. This artistic background instilled in me an unwavering discipline, powerful public speaking skills, and a creative drive that I bring to McVane LS Center today. ​What sets me apart?
