Enven Wong

Enven Wong has over 30 years of experience in the education sector and has been part of Pearson Latin America for the past 22 years. A specialist in e-learning and digital learning transformation, he has led strategic projects in bilingualism, assessment, digital competencies, and innovative content development for both public and private educational ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in areas such as Digital Delivery, Digital Content Development, and Strategic Marketing. He currently serves as Director of Enterprise Learning and Skills at Pearson LATAM, working closely with Human Capital leaders to drive upskilling and reskilling initiatives across leading organizations in the region. Today, based in Costa Rica, Enven is married and a proud father of five. He has lived and worked in countries such as Mexico and Panama, and his multicultural experience has shaped a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities of talent development across Latin America.
