Wayne Sinclair

I currently serve as the Managing Director of Reel Rock GSW Animation; Jamaica’s leading animation production company and I have extensive experience working both locally and internationally in the areas of media, entertainment and sports. I worked in various capacities in film and live music productions as well as in creative industries policy development with such companies as ABC Television, Warner Brothers, The William Morris Agency and the Reggae Sunsplash Tours of the USA and Japan. Additionally, I have worked with the Organization and African, Caribbean and Pacific States (ACP) and the European Union on several programs including the co-authoring of the Brussels Declaration in 2009 which now serves as a blueprint for creative industries policy development throughout the ACP. I co-authored the Major Events Attraction Program (MEAP) as a consultant for Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO); Jamaica’s Trade and Investment Promotion agency. I got his start as a securities analyst in California, USA before earning a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA).
