Vari Garcia

The fashion designer of INKAMODA, Vari was awarded "International Fashion Ambassador" at Fashion Show Melange INC. featuring Jean Paul Gautier and UNESCO in California in 2013. She has participated in various catwalks (Peru Fashion, Melange Fashion Show - USA, DC Fashion Week - USA, Peru to the World in New York, Peru Fashion Night DC, Peru Fashion Night - Uruguay, Melange Brazil). She has also participated in international trade shows in Peru, the United States, Uruguay, and Brazil. She has done Research and Development of alpaca fiber products with natural dyes and artisanal spinning in andean communities, obtaining commercial value-added products for export, according to fashion and international standards. Vari has facilitated the development of collections and training to weavers of high Andean communities and young people of Cusco Region. Participation, promotion of alpaca product in commercial missions in conjunction with the Embassy of Peru in Washington, DC, and the Embassy of Peru in Uruguay. In addition, she executes constant consultancy work of exclusive collections for clients worldwide.
