José Luis Leal Palma

Industrial Production Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in transnational companies. He is specialized in administration, project management, continuous improvement and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. He led the expansion project of Encora CSA to Colombia. He became the country manager for Colombia and there he established the new headquarters, one of the fastest growing offices in Encora.
