Over the course of more than 24 years in the market, leading Essência Consultoria, I have worked as an independent consultant and team leader in the field of computer system development. These systems were built using programming languages such as Delphi, C, and C++, and were based on relational databases (including Oracle and others). Throughout this journey, I have been involved in projects for companies like Renasce (part of the Multiplan Group), the Brazilian Navy, the Brazilian Air Force, Construction company Queiroz Galvão and others. My focus has always been on improving existing systems and implementing unique solutions to specific problems. Building on my experience in automating business rules within the systems domain, in 2012, I transitioned into the field of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A),after a very working good trip in Paris (France). In this role, I established relationships and partnerships both nationally and internationally, aiming to create value for our clients in both sell-side and buy-side transactions. As a result, I contributed to significant increases in the valuation of current clients, often exceeding 30% of the initially presented valuation target. Today, I maintain strong relationships across various countries and actively support our clients in entering the Brazilian market or pursuing new opportunities abroad.
