After finishing high school of Arts in Ecuador, I went to study Shoes and Accessories design in Polimoda, Firenze-Italy, for two years and a half, after getting my diploma I entered in a internship in Taccetti SRL which lead me to a job in this company as assistant of the head modellista of the prototype Lab. I've worked happily for 2 years, after that time I felt the necessity to turn back to ecuador and begin with my own line... so that is how Maite, calzature ed accessori began...
