I'm on my way towards becoming a regional leader in this field and I want to inspire and promote women participation in finance (investing) and entrepreneurship/business (open to help and collaborate about this topic, just reach out!). As the leader of #Arca4Startups initiative, I help early stage startups and small businesses to translate their stories into sound numbers that can be used to assess growth opportunities, or to bring cofounders or to raise capital. My team and I have worked with startups and small businesses based in our country and Europe, which are developing solutions in sectors such as food and beverages, social networking, micro crowdfunding, gig economy and edtech. With my team, we have been very successful establishing winning partnerships with other players in the global and the regional entrepreneur ecosystem, and we want to go even further. We are the local leaders of the Founder Institute in Caracas since 2021, when we launched the accelerator in this city for the very first time. I'm also leading EmprendeTECH, the IESA - BID LAB initiative to strengthen the Venezuelan ecosystem of tech startups with social impact.
