Work Experience: Massy performed various functions, which included Internal Auditor, Distribution Center Manager, Management Representative, HSE Manager. Implemented ISO 9001, STOW systems, Customer Service Management System, and Compliance. Developed Auditors an Lead Audits throughout the Massy Group for its Customer Service Management System. Represented the Automotive Industry in Compliance for AML/CFT, and was part of a team to assist with the country's Risk Assessment. Worked with EY as an external financial auditor, audited small businesses and part of team for Insurance and Banking sector. Part of NPO whose mission it is to help Parents in Trinidad and Tobago. Recently, started my own consultancy services and also, became a lead ISO 9001 Auditor with BV. The change in work is to realize my mission which is to use my experiences, knowledge, gifts, to help lift standards for people, companies, and countries, improving life for all. I am committed to continuously lift my own standard and relentlessly find ways to overcome barriers and fears. I believe that the advancement and betterment of the world is within each one of us, and through the sharing of our natural talents, we can make a positive impact.
