Fabio Teixeira de Melo

I have 25+ years experience in project management training and consulting, in sectors ranging from education to utilities. I have worked in several projects, mostly industrial EPCs; in the past 10+ years, budgets were above USD 500 millions. Other fields of experience are IT and Telecom. I have successfully undertaken change projects such as implementing a PMO in a Telecom company, and changing the paradigm for implementation of safety culture in industrial projects. I have lived in Brazil, México, Venezuela and Colombia. I have served as a volunteer for PMI since 2002. I am a mechanical engineer, with a post-graduate diploma in executive management, PMP certification., and HCMP certification. I am also a graduate from the PMI Leadership Institute, 2004 class.
