About me
Was born in 1968 in Santiago, Chile. He attended the School of Law at University of Chile and Bolivariana University. He holds a Master in Business Law (LL.M.) from the Adolfo Ibañez University of Chile (Santiago, 2003) and has taken courses in taxes, economics and consumer law.
He practices corporate, M&A and consumer law with particular emphasis on financial markets (Was appointed by the goverment of Chile as an arbitrator in financial matters of consumer law in 2013).
Professor of business law at Adolfo Ibañez University since 2004 and also has authored consumer law books, like “Non Credit Cards and its new regulation", Editorial Legis, 2006.
