Ruth Polanco Ferreira

PhD candidate in Project Management with a strong background in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, and Industrial Management. I bring over 15 years of professional and academic experience leading technical, research, and innovation projects in both the public and private sectors. As CEO of InnoCiencia, I specialize in applied research, institutional strengthening, process optimization, and evidence-based project design. Through InnoCiencia, I provide tailored consultancy services to universities, international agencies, governments, and companies, promoting digital transformation, scientific innovation, and sustainable development across Latin America and the Caribbean. My work combines academic rigor, strategic thinking, and real-world impact—supporting organizations in generating solutions that are both scalable and measurable. I also lecture in mathematics, physics, research methodology, and project management at several Dominican universities (PUCMM, UCATECI, UTESA, ISA, UAPA), where I lead capacity-building initiatives and mentor future professionals in STEM and innovation fields.
