About me
My name is Eliakim Williams of COOPACVOD and I am a US Representative of Haitian Blue Mountain Coffee. Haitian Blue Mountain coffee when brewed right makes a delightful low acid cup of coffee that you can drink black. I am fairly new to the coffee business after about a year, but have always wanted to do something to benefit my home country. Coffee used to be a major export back in the 50s and 60s and I want to bring that back, I am confident that coffee will be the export to save Haiti and I want to have a hand in it. Why not use our past to fuel our future?
