Rodrigo Aguilar Benignos Rodrigo Aguilar has a Masters Degree from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (International Political Economy) and a B.A. Major from ITESM (International Trade). Rodrigo Aguilar is internationally recognized for developing relevant strategic projects to establish communication between local governments or companies, particularly Mexican, and the international community. His international consulting clients include banking, software-development, cement, consumer goods, hotel and tourism companies, including several with earnings over 10 billion dollars, as well as the governments of many Mexican states and municipalities. Since 2007 he lives in Bethesda, Maryland where he is the CEO of Wiljan Consulting LLC, a D.C. – based Political, business and legal consulting firm that focuses of providing advice on both sides of the U.S. – Mexico border. Specifically, he provides advice and analysis regarding policy issues and proper contacts in the Mexican government for the firm’s clients, strategic planning for their cross-over operations and investments in Mexico, as well as crafting the corresponding strategic plans to conduct their internationalization process.
