About me
On one hand, as scholar I have completed a Master’s degree in Pure and Applied Logic at Universitat de Barcelona last summer, and I hold a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. I also have spent over a year in the US working at the Advanced Reasoning Forum with Mr. Richard Epstein as editor of a book and co-author of a paper with him, paper that was published in LLP (Logic and logical philosophy) a journal in Poland fairly well-known in the area of Logic and Philosophy.
On the other hand, I have been running out a Foundation that seeks for scholarships to Colombian high-performed athletes in the US since 2009, as mathematician I have been prepare them for the SAT's. I also have been working in MAGOMA since I became a partner in the company three years ago, since then I've been developing new products and ways of commercialize them. By doing this job, I have learned about publishment, public relations and marketing.
If you allow me, I would like to talk about some remarkable values that I have gained. During my laboral and academic experience I have acquired certain skills for a professional and academic career: creativity, innovation, learning capabilities and strategic decision making. Furthermore, working at the fundation, MAGOMA and as a volunteer in Puerto Seguro (a place for homeless people) it was promoted other general skills and values such as marketing techniques, brand management, effective communication, teamwork and professional ethics. During my years of working, I have formed my character as conscientious, hardworking and a good communicator.
