I am a person that I've been working primarily, as Director of the areas of technology and business redesign; I have over 25 years of experience. Besides the advantage that gives me have worked both in the Private and the Public Sector.
I have been Director of major business transformation projects managing human resources, technology, processes, procurement and regulatory functions. As an example the project of INFONAVIT (2001-2008) where we were able to convert it from a very low performance unit to one of the entities with greater recognition by Mexican society. In five years, we increase productivity by 300%, through the cultural change of the staff and the appropriate use of information technology. Now I'm working to support SME's to increase productivity. Besides to improve their processes we promote to use one the best ERP in the market: SAP Business One.
