Alexandra Rossi-Morell is a creative entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the Publishing, Advertising, and Marketing industries in Latin America, US Hispanic, and US general markets. Native from Colombia, she has an extensive experience bridging the Latin American/Hispanic and North American population, creating advertising and marketing campaigns for numerous Fortune 500 companies in English and Spanish, including Procter and Gamble, Kimberly Clark, Gillete, Goodyear, Honda, Renault, General Mills, Unilever, Master Card, Nabisco, Bayer, Beiersdorf, and L’Oreal, among many others. She opened her first multicultural advertising agency in 2001, SnapLinks, with offices in Miami, Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina and Brazil. She later co-owned two newspapers in Key Biscayne, Florida and founded the first lifestyle magazine in Reston, Reston Lifestyle, now known as Viva Reston Lifestyle. Previously, she worked as a creative copywriter and Creative Director at worldwide top advertising agencies including Ogilvy, McCann, Foot, Cone and Belding (FCB) and Bates. Her creative work has been recognized at international award festivals including the NY Festivals, Clio Awards, FIAP, Caribe Festival, and other local awards in Colombia. She loves writing, photography, and volunteering. Fluent in English, Spanish and French, she also has an extensive knowledge of Portuguese. Her hobbies include writing children’s books, screenplays, poems, and songs. She lives in Reston, Virginia, with her family and her lovely chihuahua.
