He is a producer and founding member of Cooperativa Pueblo Apícola in Uruguay (Beekeeper Village), studied international relations at the University of the Republic in Uruguay, specializing in the organic production of honey. Since 2005 he has been an active member of the organic movement under EU law and the United States' USDA law. Specialized in the German honey market. Languages spoken: German, English and Spanish.
