• Responsible for all aspects of our BPO business to ensure it runs smoothly and profitably as an independent revenue generating P&L.
• Ensure business processes are in place to support operational activity and employee welfare.
• Development of the operational environment to increase profitability and enhance bottom line.
• Develop and manage a leadership team to run this complex business
• Work with internal sponsors and stakeholders to attract and capture new business
• To support and play a key part in the CSO senior leadership team.
• To protect our business and reputation by ensuring we have contingency planning and strong DR plans in place.
