Cacao Junajpu (hoon-ah-pooh) is a small artisanal company. Our mission is to produce a magical, delicious and sustainable chocolate; a balanced, integral food, with great respect and care.  We make single-origin, single harvest, ethically and sustainably produced micro-batch and stone-ground criollo sipping cacao, and cacao bar and cacao husk tea. We take pride in the fact that our Chocolate is something that is not only good for you, but good for the Earth, and all of us that live on it as well.
