About me
I designed a necklace and a bracelet [for an event]. They were inspired by palm branches that symbolize sacrifice, and the garnet, which represents brotherhood among the apostles." "I majored in computer systems at the Tec de Monterrey university, graduating in 1996. After that, I developed systems for companies like IBM, HP, Nestlé de México, Citibank, Santander, and other private-sector finance businesses. In 2002, I ventured into the field of jewelry. At first, I only sold jewelry but, when I'd attend expositions, I realized I needed an identity or image of my own that my clients could identify. "The university offered me a course in Spain on the internationalization of business, and it was there that I began to change my own image and name, and to define my designs. I also took a course in fashion and design taught by Richard Domingo, a designer who collaborates with important names such as Adolfo Domínguez and Prada's Agatha Ruiz. He was a great help in defining our image and selecting our jewelry. "I am a founding member of the first jewelry integration group at the national level, and I most recently participated in the event, 250 Años de la Parroquia de Santa Prisca y San Sebastián. I designed two pieces of jewelry – a necklace and a bracelet. They were inspired by palm branches that symbolize sacrifice, and the garnet, which represents brotherhood among the apostles."
