About me


Gabriela Lemoine, Hispano founder and director, is an ATA-Certified English-Spanish Translator, who graduated from a five-year program at the School of Languages, University of Córdoba, Argentina. Born in Argentina and with roots in several countries, Gabriela’s passion for cross-cultural communication led her to pursue a career in this area. Her interest in business and technology is evidenced by her five-year experience in the technical department of a major insurance company, and Systems Engineering studies in Universidad Aeronáutica.With this background, Gabriela became a freelance translator and worked as instructor, project manager, QA manager and operations director for local and U.S. translation companies. Gabriela is currently a Member of the Board at Cluster Córdoba Technology, a regional cluster of ICT companies. She is also a member of the committee updating the curricula for the renowned 5-year university degree in translation at University of Córdoba, and she participates actively in the ASTM sub-committe writing international standards for the translation industry. She is currently completing MBA studies at ICDA, Catholic University of Córdoba.Gabriela has been invited to give numerous presentations, seminars and workshops for the University of Córdoba, Universidad Aeronáutica and the Colegio de Traductores de la Provincia de Córdoba, among others. Based on her success as a freelancer and her passion for excellence and good management, Gabriela founded Hispano Language Advisory in 2006.
