1. Firm on the Spot (FOS) with preapproved name. In this case, the name shall be chosen from a preapproved names' list, and the company statutes must be chosen among different proposed statutes. The FOS can be set up in about one hour, with or without a registered trade mark. The cost of starting up a FOS, with a share capital of € 5.000.00, is around € 380.00. 
2. Using a previously requested name. In this case you may start up a company either in accordance to the model of the Firm on the Spot (FOS) or using a private document or acceding to a public notarial deed. The cost of starting up a FOS, with a name previously requested and with a share capital of € 5.000.00, is around € 436.00. The cost of starting up a company by private document, with a share capital of € 5.000.00, is around € 576.00. The cost of starting up a company by public notarial deed, with a share capital of € 5.000.00, is around € 700.00.
